World Maths Day

7th March 2018
The whole school took part in World Maths Day which was introduced by Mrs. Easton in a whole-school assembly. Throughout the day, children carried out problem-solving activities, investigations and Mathletics, which was their favourite part of the day. Mathletics involved children logging in and playing Maths challenges against other children around the world - breath was held as the scanner roamed 'the world' and landed on children on-line at that time. Countries visited included: America, Costa Rica, Pakistan and Columbia. Good fun.
